Having completed a degree in Mathematics, I have mastered the curriculum from GCSE and A-Level through to advanced undergraduate topics. Over the years, I have perfected highly effective revision and study techniques designed to build genuine understanding and long-term retention. My goal is to pass these strategies on to my students, making mathematics both approachable and engaging.

I believe one-to-one tutoring works best when adapted dynamically to what each student needs in every session:

• I explain the 'why' behind formulas, often going slightly beyond the standard syllabus, because true confidence comes from deep understanding. This is the most important part of learning maths.
• We bridge abstract concepts with clear, relatable illustrations before tackling exam questions.
• We work through exam-style questions and any specific problems students bring to class. Once a concept is mastered, I provide challenging extension problems to stretch their thinking and push for top grades.
