Finding Jyoti has been an excellent experience for my daughter and I. Since we first made contact Jyoti has been extremely polite and helpful at every step and she is very quick to respond to queries. My daughter has found Jyoti to be an excellent and supportive teacher, very patient and responsive to my daughter’s needs. Despite being fully booked barely 8 weeks till the A Levels, she very kindly agreed to take on my son for tutoring when other tutors refused due to the shortage of time. What sets Jyoti apart from other tutors is the amount of care and commitment she gives my son. She has made it her mission and responsibility to get him to score the highest grades and has left no stone unturned. My son has grown in confidence and ability in this short time we've had Jyoti. His grades have certainly improved and his understanding and love of the subject has just soared since having Jyoti. She finds out exactly where his weakness lies and works to improve those areas first. Her lessons consist of the perfect mix of teaching and exam question practice and feedback. We've experienced many tutors who have great knowledge but just can't teach - Jyoti has such in depth knowledge but most importantly excels in teaching. Jyoti is very easy to communicate with both as a parent and for my daughter. She is an excellent tutor. She listens to what my daughter feeds back, explains complex ideas well and has lots of exam papers to use. So far in 4 months we have moved from a Grade C to B. She is well structured in her approach but flexible when asked.

Jyoti responded quickly to our tutorial request. My y13 daughter found her very helpful and Jyoti actually identified the areas that my daughter’s school has not covered for her Chemistry specification, which they should have covered by now. Jyoti is a fantastic Chemistry tutor! She covers requested topics in a logical order and ensures that any weaknesses are identified and worked on. During each lesson, past paper questions are covered and explained thoroughly and between each session, resources such as worksheets and notes are sent. Furthermore, Jyoti provides topic tests which are very helpful when working on exam technique and timing.
