I received straight As in my GCSEs, AAA in my A-Levels (Maths, French & English) and recieved a BA in English from University College London (2:1), followed by an MA in Acting from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Alongside tutoring, I work as a freelance creative in the arts.

Teaching Experience
I've been teaching both Maths and English for 10+ years and have only ever received 5* reviews. I also have lots of experience working with young people as a theatre facilitator, for which I've been trained in Safeguarding (FAA Level 1). I've worked as a director at the Lyric Hammersmith, done four years of directing musical theatre residential camps for British Youth Music Theatre, and am an Emerging Associate for the National Youth Theatre.
Tutoring Approach
I'm a positive and encouraging person who believes the first step in engaging a student is to make them feel comfortable.
I support my students to take charge of their own learning and will ask them to direct our sessions towards the areas they feel they need most support. I also encourage honest communication, so that students feel able to assert their needs as we continue through lessons. I work solely online, and suggest a short homework at the end of each lesson - unless students would not have the capacity to complete this.
