Andrew is my son’s A-level PE tutor and demonstrates strong subject knowledge which he communicates clearly and effectively. Importantly, his focus goes beyond understanding content - he emphasises how to apply that knowledge in an exam context to maximise marks. His guidance on structuring answers and responding to exam questions has given my son a much clearer approach to tackling papers. This combination of subject expertise and exam-focused teaching is already improving my son's confidence and performance.

Andrew is helping my son with his A Level PE. My son has been enjoying the sessions and he thinks they are really helping him. Andrew asks him lots of questions rather than just talking and my son has already improved a grade in 2 months.

Andrew has been a great help to my son. Andrew helped my son who was studying for a Level 3 Extended Diploma Qualification. Andrew provided excellent help across a number of areas, he was able to shed light with his interpretation of the vague assignment briefs and was able to give good insight into the marking scheme. He provided sound advice on the structure and content of assignments. He provided excellent reviewing, feedback and advice on improvements that could be made for the assignments and provided advice on additional research that could be done to enhance the work to distinguish it from others. In addition Andrew was as flexible as he could be for session times, flexible about session objectives, flexible for accommodating extra sessions and is a general all round descent person.

Andrew has been tutoring my son with his A Level PE studies for almost a term now, and it has been an very positive experience. He explains concepts and topics well, giving relatable examples and using exam practice questions. He is extremely organised and provides excellent resources, being able to immediately call up any one of these if my son asks a question on the topic. Andrew is helping my son with A level PE (edexcel) and particularly the anatomy and physiology part of the curriculum, which he struggles with. Andrew has been great at focusing on the topics that my son has done in class that week and working towards his assessments.
