Richard is a dedicated tutor, my son has been consulting with him for A-Level Chemistry AQA. Richard provides detailed feedback after each session to myself regarding what has been covered during the session. Richard sets homework to reinforce learing which is a reasonable amount and appropriate. I am pleased with Richard's approach, and my son seems to rate his subject knowledge highly. I would recommend.

I have been very impressed with Richard. He very quickly built up a rapport with my daughter and his approach to the sessions ensured that they were very interactive, so my daughter had an opportunity to apply what she was learning, but also get feedback and a clear explanation on her answers and the subject area. I've been studying AQA A-Level Chemistry with Richard for a few months now and can highly recommend him to anyone who would like to achieve better grades or just want a deeper understanding of the subject in general. Communication has always been great and he is very patient when going through difficult topics. The way he explains abstract concepts is straightforward and clear. All in all just great!

Richard’s approach as a tutor has been superb, always professional, tailoring the tutorials to my daughters needs, linked to her course. He is a great believer in individuals enjoying what they learn and encourages that enthusiasm to learn. He clearly achieves this in each tutorial, my daughters confidence and her understanding of chemistry has grown, she is enjoying the subject again rather than it being a topic to fear. Richard has recommended text books, provides materials and questions for her to look at in between sessions which has also made a difference, all linked with her syllabus. Although the tutorials are 1:1 Richard also keeps in touch with me as a parent, briefly messaging me after sessions. I am grateful we found him, my daughter’s comment ‘more than happy to recommend him as a tutor’.

Richard was fantastic assisting my daughter with A2 Chemistry (June 19). Nothing was too much trouble. He has extensive knowledge of subject area, exam content & questions. Richard broke down problematic questions to enable my daughter to work it out. He was extremely encouraging and contactable outside of tuition time, which undertaken online and worked extremely well.
