Ángel is an excellent tutor. Not only did he manage to get my son a grade 8 (from around a 3) at GCSE within just a few months but he has instilled a love of languages and my son is now choosing to continue language education. Ángel is knowledgable and professional but also extremely kind and understanding. My son genuinely looks forward to his lessons and even his homework. Lessons work perfectly at my son's pace but pushing him to progress. I would very much recommend Ángel and am very grateful for his continuing work with my son.

Angel has worked with my daughter on her Spanish speaking ahead of her GCSE Oral exam. He is up to speed on the requirements for the exam and each session was well prepared with vocab sheets provided for each topic area. He has tighten up her grammar; correct verb endings and agreements. He has also encouraged better and more varied vocabulary and sentence structures. After 5 weeks there has been a marked improvement. She is going into the exam very well prepared and full of confidence, which is exactly what we hoped for. We feel lucky to have found him. I am a relatively new pupil for Angel, having worked with him since Christmas. Perhaps I am his oldest pupil, I don't know... and my relationship with Spanish is a little unusual (I studied it 30 years ago and then have not used it until just 2 years ago, when I had to find it from the back of my head and start using it again!). So I have come to Angel wanting to maintain fluency, correct errors, revise grammar and structure and build vocabulary. He has listened perfectly to what I am looking to achieve and tailored our classes to those goals. His tools and techniques for ensuring I am challenged every lesson are really well thought through. Angel also offers the right blend of encouragement and discipline in each class and I am even delighted to be given homework! He is also really nice to work with.

My daughter is currently being tutored by Àngel for her A Level Spanish. He is kind and courteous and my daughter really gains a lot from her sessions. Àngel has made himself available for extra sessions during mock exams and I am confident that with his help, she will secure a top grade in the summer. Ángel is Fantastic. He is a kind, patient and knowledgeable tutor. My son is extremely happy with his effective teaching methods and the difference in just a few weeks is huge. His communication is second to none. We get lots of updates and resources tailored to my son's needs after every session. I also feel mush more confident about knowing where my son is and what he is working towards. If more tutors were this good, my life would be much easier!
