I have successfully taught a range of abilities and year groups from year 7 upto 13 for 25 years. I have taught in a range of different types of schools from UK comprehensives to International private schools. Currently teaching in one of the Spears Top 100 Global Colleges.

I believe in developing my teaching and am also an examiner for both AQA Geography and Edexcel Geography for A Level, International A Level, GCSE and International GCSE. As an examiner across a range of qualifications, I am an expert in identifying areas for development to ensure that students get the maximum marks in the fastest time. I know what examiners are looking for and as a tutor I know how to develop your writing to show them.

My online lessons mirror the clarity and structure of my classroom teaching, with a strong focus on exam technique, case study application, and targeted practice. I plan each session around the student’s exam board and goals, provide clear notes and follow‑up tasks, and maintain regular communication with parents about progress. I am confident supporting learners who need help moving from good to outstanding grades in a fully online setting.
