Reliable tutor. My daughter has taken to her straight away and seems to be enjoying the sessions so far x

Carlyn has been an amazing tutor for our Yr 11 granddaughter who was struggling understanding Physics and lacked confidence in her other sciences, this being due to lack of continuity of teachers at her school. Living some distance away from us, Carlyn provided online weekly tutorials with the flexibility of covering any of the three science subjects as and when needed. She built up a brilliant relationship with our granddaughter and it was lovely to see our granddaughter’s confidence and understanding grow week on week. Carlyn’s knowledge, experience and advice gave our granddaughter the much needed boost she needed, and she was so proud to have achieved a 6 5 in her Higher Combined Triple Sciences in her exams. Although a little disappointed that she missed a 6 6 by just 3 marks. Her success has enabled her to begin a course on the path towards her chosen career of Nursing. I would recommend Carlyn to you as an amazing tutor who meets students where they are a in the understanding and enables them to move forward with confidence and understanding.

Carlyn is everything you want from a tutor and more. So well organised, dedicated and professional and so completely passionate. My daughter always looks forward to her sessions and we both leave with a smile at pickup time with lots of interesting things to talk about on the way home. We're so lucky to have found her and I have no doubts that my daughter will achieve her very best; which is no mean feat because as a home-educated student I've basically needed Carlyn to teach the entire syllabus in under 8 months!

Carlyn is absolutely fantastic. She is very thorough and professional but makes the learning interesting. She provides feedback on the sessions which is helpful for parents. I feel that my daughter is making really good progress through Carlyn's tutoring.
