Outside of tutoring I am an award-winning actor and writer - currently part of the prestigious London Library Emerging Writers scheme, a Youth Board Trustee at Masterclass Theatre Royal Haymarket, and winner of this year's Bill Cashmore Award.

I've been tutoring since 2018 and have an up-to-date enhanced DBS and safeguarding certificate. I have also worked in schooling and childcare environments as an exam invigilator, literacy assistant, National Youth Theatre Ambassador, running History and Drama clubs, volunteering as part of the Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship for the Performing Arts at Durham University, childminding and nannying.

My SEND experience includes: autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, PDA, KGB syndrome and various mental health conditions.

I have a very strong grasp of which areas students tend to find challenging and a catalogue of methods to help them fully understand the content and feel empowered in their learning. I've worked with students across a range of abilities and with varying requirements - I always tailor my approach to the individual. I'm pleased to say that all my tutees have met or exceeded their targets.

My focus is on building confidence and enjoyment and letting positive results flow from that to create a cycle of reinforcement. Learning should be fun!
