Michelle is really great. She’s super easygoing and goes in depth with her explanations. I learnt so much in one lesson! I look forward to learning more from her in the future.

Michelle is an absolutely wonderful teacher. I was looking for tuition on how to improve my articulation and expression on the cello (I am currently grade 4/5). Michelle tailored all the lessons exactly to my needs showing me techniques on how to improve my playing. She went far beyond vibrato, but also included tips around posture, breathing, tuning and musicality. I absolutely loved working with Michelle and it is only now (a couple of months later) that I really realize how much she taught me. I dont hate to hear myself play anymore (And getting there with the vibrato). Anyway, I would highly recommend Michelle as a cello tutor even to advanced students - she's great!

I really enjoyed the class. The notes on relaxing my arms are very useful. And as I practice at home, I've found new things that I need help with. I also feel if you can use vivid metaphors in describing the quality of the movements or where is the source of the movements, I can understand you better. I am also very visually imaginative, so metaphors really affects me:)
