Hello, my name is Nathan. I am a PhD candidate in molecular biology and a First class Biomedical Science graduate. I am highly enthusiastic about Biology, and love helping students achieve their academic goals.

Alongside scoring A’s in both GCSE and A level Biology, I have gained 6 months of group tutoring experience with GCSE students, as well as having supported fellow undergraduate students throughout my degree course. My expertise is in human biology, more specifically cellular biology, molecular biology, and anatomy. However, I have a wide range of knowledge spanning the entirety of the GCSE and A level biology syllabus. I have most experience with AQA/Edexcel exam boards, but can also comfortably apply my knowledge to additional boards and/or courses.

I like to place emphasis on building both confidence and exam technique in my students, factors I find just as important in exam performance as knowledge itself. Whilst I usually take an interactive approach to achieve this, I am able to adapt to all learning styles, planning sessions according to your pace and preferences.
