Hello, my name is Lucas and I am a mathematics tutor. I've been mathematically gifted since I was a child, and take joy in sharing my knowledge with others. My motivation for tutoring is my passion for maths, and my drive to help those around me succeed.

I have no formal teaching experience, however, in the past I tutored several of my classmates in maths throughout year 10 and 11, and every single one of them saw an increase in their grades, which they credited me for. I might have no professional training but I can promise you my tutoring is top notch.

I believe the best way for children and teenagers to learn is from somebody they like, so my approach involves first befriending my students, starting slow with basic concepts of whatever they're learning, and building from that foundation, with the key premise of making sure they understand every step.
