Teaching Experience
I have worked in education all my life. I am an experienced teacher of GCSE English Language and Literature with a particular interest in Home Education. For the last few years I have taught GCSE home-educated learners as part of a large EHE provision and am especially successful with those who have struggled at school due to anxiety or undiagnosed needs. I also have experience with students resitting GCSE English Language.
Tutoring Approach
My approach to tutoring is calm and supportive. My learners say that I am compassionate and helpful and they feel I give helpful feedback and clear steps to improve at every stage.
