Hi, I am Camille, a 24-year old native French speaker, currently lecturing in the French Department at Trinity College Dublin and preparing for a potential PhD in Dublin next year. I am passionate about teaching languages and the culture which comes with it. I have been giving private lessons for several years now and I am excited to keep doing this now in Dublin. I am currently a university lecturer for all levels of undergraduates ranging from A2 to C1 at Trinity College Dublin. Beyond this, I have given private language lessons (French and English) to many students of different background and skill, ranging from 3 to 27 years old. Mainly, I have taught French to New Zealanders and English to French people. During my undergraduate I was an intern in a French high school every Friday to teach English while mentored by a full-time teacher.

To me, the most important aspect of tutoring is for you to enjoy the learning process despite how hard it can be and that we strive to achieve your personal goals together, whatever they may be. I understand that learning is different for everyone, and tailor my teaching approach during our lessons to meet your needs. Finally, I love to share my culture and all I know about France, its traditions and the francophone world as a whole — to me, learning the language goes hand in hand with learning the culture of the people who speak it.
