Evangelos has been an excellent maths tutor for my Year 8 daughter. He is patient and explains concepts clearly, taking the time to make sure she really understands before moving on. I particularly value the detailed feedback he provides after each session, so we know exactly what they have covered and where she is improving. My daughter feels comfortable asking questions and her confidence in maths is growing noticeably since working with him. Evangelos is tutoring my daughter in preparation for the 11+. My daughter is quite shy and I wasn't too sure how she would feel about having a tutor at our home. I needn't have worried as Evangelos is a great tutor, he really put my daughter at ease straight away. He advised me as to what books and online materials she needed. Evangelos started tutoring my 15 year old son on line from early January, while he was away, and then we had our first in person session today. He has a wonderful, calm way about him and explains things really clearly, going very slowly through it all to make sure no building blocks are missed which would prove detrimental later. He's very positive and relates really well to my son who clearly enjoys learning from him. My son has missed a number of in-school Maths lessons recently but I'm very confident that he will have kept up with peers thanks to Evangelos. Evangelos also sends really well presented notes after every lesson which are extremely helpful for when the topic is completed/studied independently. Evangelos is a patient and understanding tutor. His lessons and encouragement have helped my son to regain his confidence in maths and progress.  Evangelos provides a summary of each lesson for my son, which he can use for  revision. He gives supportive, constructive feedback and advice, which has helped my son to progress. Evangelos has given me regular feedback on my son's progress. He responds very promptly to my questions.
