I contacted Isabela a few weeks ago as my nephew needed support for his GCSE English. Isabela has been wonderful with her communication, quick to reply and upfront about potential hurdles and set clear expectations from the start. Her approach with my nephew is amazing and Isabela managed to motivate him to do the work (something the family has struggled with). Her feedback has been extremely useful and on point. Elena is quite knowledgeable in Geography, she comes well-prepared for each session with PowerPoint slides and goes over exam-style questions for each topic. We not continuing with tuition as we feel our son requires a face to face tuition.
