Robb has been excellent with my shy 12 year old son who is lacking in confidence. He is always extremely well prepared and endlessly patient.

We found Robb to be a first class tutor and would highly recommend him. He was very organised and thorough prior to the lesson, checking what the children had been working on and whether there were any particular areas of difficulty, in order to provide a session that was tailored to their needs. On the video call he was approachable, engaging and managed to cover a lot of ground in a clear and fun way. The children are now really looking forward to their second lesson - excellent!

Our 9 year old had his first lesson with Robb and couldn't wait for the next one. Robb captured our son's attention straight away and held it for the entire lesson. We have struggled to get our son to learn his times tables but he will gladly learn them for Robb so we are very happy indeed.

Robb was an excellent Maths tutor to our eight year old daughter, Meg, over a short course of around eight sessions. He related well to Meg from the outset, and was clear and focused about his teaching aims. He was able to boost Meg's skills and confidence in Maths - in part by successfully conveying an enthusiasm for the subject - and we would certainly recommend him, either as a year-round Maths tutor, or for a short course of 'booster' sessions.

Our son looks forward to Robb coming and is really enthusiastic about maths now which is great. He has identified areas where our son needs help with his maths and is helping to build his confidence to 'have a go' where he would normally feel defeated.

Robb has been excellent in helping our son with improving in his English. He is patient and supportive. I would recommend him highly.
