Hi! My name is Sara and I live in beautiful Cornwall! My favourite place in the world is the beach and I absolutely love sea swimming! I have a new pup called Maple, who is a black Labrador, so I’m loving getting out and doing some fantastic walks. I also really enjoy going to the theatre and watching shows.

I am a very experienced primary school teacher. Over 21 years, I have taught all primary year groups and subjects, and thoroughly enjoyed making learning fun, engaging and memorable. I have taught EAL children over summer camps and young people online, who have left traditional schooling for any reason. Whether classroom based or online, I love this job and, with high expectations and great imagination, I know you’ll enjoy your lessons with me.

My curriculum knowledge is excellent and I can help you work towards KS2 SATs in year 6 or just improve your knowledge and understanding in any year group. A particular speciality I have is in Read Write Inc phonics for early readers or EAL children.

We would start with a warm-up, maybe a game or short blast activity. We’d work together on the fresh learning for the day and make sure you left the session feeling happy and confident.
