Hi! I'm a student studying A-Level Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. I achieved 998888877L2P in my GCSEs including grade 8s in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics; not only did I achieve a grade 9 in Maths, but scored 232/240 (~97%) placing me in the estimated top 1% of the UK. Currently, I am predicted A*AB in my A-Levels respectively. As a student myself, I believe that this places me in the perfect position for tutoring - I have a strong understanding of the current exams, stress/workload, and can relate to my students.

I have 160+ hours of tutoring experience consisting of working with 30+ different students aged 4-16 years old. The majority of my students have achieved/performed significantly better after working with me. (received offers from private/grammar schools, went from failing to passing their exams, moving up sets, etc.)

I have a science-based approach to tutoring: rather than simply reteaching content from school, I spot weaknesses and use tried-and-tested methods (such as active recall, space repetition, etc.) to fill in any knowledge gaps. My students not only get better at their subject, but get better at learning as a whole - I provide the framework that allows students to learn effectively.
