About me:

I am a qualified teacher of French with a PGCE in Secondary Modern Languages and extensive experience teaching pupils in secondary schools in England. In addition, I hold a TEFL certificate and have taught English in language schools both in the UK and in Bordeaux, France.

As a qualified teacher, I offer both French and English tuition (language and literature) at GCSE and A levels to students and enjoy unlocking and helping them to realise their full potential!

I meet with my student and carry out an initial assessment, to establish their needs and requirements.

The course of lessons is then designed around this assessment, to ensure that the student is getting the very best from the tutoring experience.

It is a mutually respectful and enjoyable experience, as I firmly believe that learning should be engaging and achievable.

The teaching environment is relaxed and I have good resources to enable the student to have access to the materials they need, be that articles, poetry or literature and exam papers.

Alternatively, learners may wish to follow a more informal programme of learning, such as conversational French for travel and holidays!
