Chris provided tutoring support to my daughter prior to taking her A level exams. In just a few sessions, Chris was able to boost her confidence with a few maths concepts in preparation for her exam. After 3 lessons with Chris, she got 85% on her Maths homework which was not an exam or anything but it was a lot for her. Chris is very calm, patient and made me surprise that my famously shy daughter was speaking and laughing from lesson one. She found that Chris's lesson is a very helpful and clear explanation gives her joy which I believe Chris has a respectfully deep knowledge of the subjects. Chris has been tutoring my son in A Level mathematics since September 2019. He is reliable, has an enthusiasm for the subject and has a full, detailed knowledge of the syllabus. My son's understanding has increased since his regular sessions with Chris and I would recommend his services unreservedly.

Chris was perfect for my daughter. He established a good rapport with her and she felt confident afterwards. She can be a hesitant meeting new people but Chris was able to put her at ease. She was most positive about the session. This was the first session but appeared to go well.

Chris is reliable, punctual and more importantly knows his subject! Chris is home tutoring my son for his Maths AS and A2 examinations in the Spring. He has worked out a schedule to be followed in order to cover the syllabus and together they are working through it steadily. My son enjoys his sessions and also gets on with the homework which Chris sets him. Chris is always happy to help out via a phone call or email should Alex require it. I think he's very good. If I don't understand something when he explains it one way he explains it a different way. Most importantly, he doesn't overcomplicate things.

Chris is great as a tutor, his approach and explanation is easy to understand but at the same time Chris is also very patient when I don't understand something and will persevere until I do! I also find that with this approach it is easy to also expand a subject beyond the GCSE level and take it further. I am continuing to use Chris throughout my access to HE course to bolster my understanding to make sure I obtain the grade I need.
