I am a full-time tutor with an MSc in Civil Engineering from Tehran University, Iran. I was born and raised in Iran and moved to the UK in 2006. Since then, I’ve built a life in Reigate with my husband and three daughters, aged 18, 16, and 13.

I have been teaching since 1997, beginning my journey as a tutor at 18. After moving to the UK in 2006, I resumed tutoring in 2007 and have been teaching consistently ever since. Over the past 29 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with students across all age groups, from young children in primary school to university graduates. In Iran, from 1997 to 2006, I taught Maths and Physics, guiding students through their school years and exam preparation. Since 2007, I have been teaching in the UK, specializing in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Farsi. Throughout my career, I’ve helped countless students prepare for exams, develop a solid understanding of complex topics, and grow in confidence as independent learners.

As well as offering in-person tuition, I have been tutoring online via Zoom and other online tutoring platforms since 2018, giving me extensive experience in delivering engaging and effective virtual lessons. During each lesson, all of my explanations and worked examples are clearly displayed on screen, and I can also see my students' working in real time. This enables me to provide immediate feedback and correct mistakes as they occur.

I can provide general study and revision skills, as well as preparation for examinations including the 11+, 13+, GCSEs, A Levels, the Oxford Physics Aptitude Test (PAT), and the UK Junior and Intermediate Maths Challenges.

My approach to tutoring is patient, personalized, and deeply focused on each student’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, take risks, and explore difficult concepts. In my view, private tutoring is incredibly effective in raising a student’s attainment, as it provides tailored attention and targeted support. With this confidence, I am committed to delivering first-class tuition in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Farsi at all levels, ensuring that every student can achieve their best academic outcomes.
