Unfortunately, I had a discussion with the tutor, agreed a date to start, and paid the finders fee for Vicki to tell me that her fee had increased and wasn't reflected on the website. Unfortunately, we weren't able to match the increase as she was already at the top of our budget. She wasn't able to honour the price online, so we needed to start again finding a tutor, which is really frustrating. Since the feedback, she has offered to honour the original fee, but it is too late, and we have already found a new tutor.
